A Machine For Insertion into a Coil Feed Line - This item produces fully notched square blanks

This machine was built for a customer to insert into an existing coil feed line which normally produced cut rectangular blanks for subcontract sheet metal workers. The two Notching units work opposed to each other, to edge notch coil ahead of the shear blade station - which cuts the blanks to length. The notch produces corners for the leading and trailing edges of the cut blank - either side of the imaginary shear line. The tools can be centralised equally about the centre line of the coil or independently if required. The punches and dies are based on the standard model type ‘M91’ and the body profile is fitted with high speed pre-loaded heads and SF78 hydraulic cylinders.
