Tinplate and Thin Metal Punching & Notching Machine - All units fully adjustable, making metal boxes

This is one of three machines built for a metal box manufacturer for packaging the likes of Whisky Bottles. The material blanks are screen printed tinplate which is then brought to this machine for corner cropping prior to folding and forming the box and the hinged lid. Similar machines have been built for Bakeware manufacturers in tinplate. The tools are infinitely adjustable by handle and lead screw - and positions are indicated by ‘Traverdial’ digital display - which are low cost and equally effective compared to expensive ball screws and DC drives with computer controls.
