Commercial Vehicle Body Building and Channel punching - Alloy or Steel Channels

The aluminium channel shown here is 100mm x 50mm x 5mm thick and is punched with a series of twin holes along various positions in the channels. The length of the components and the hole positions depends on the width and length of the vehicle, so infinite variation is required. The units are located in a template which is inserted into a slot in the bed. This is just visible at the bottom of the photo. The holes are fixed at a modular 50mm pitch. When certain units are not required they can be switched off using a lever valve fitted to the cylinder port.
