Punching Louvres in Stainless Steel Sheets - ventilation grilles for air heaters

This is a small work station to enable a ventilation manufacturer to louvre panels according to customer design and specification. The main punch unit is based on our Model type ‘HM51- which has a diameter capacity of 51mm and the tool body has a throat depth of 230mm. The four corner fixing holes are punched on the back of the work centre using two units and two blows. The whole is powered by an air-hydraulic intensifier manufactured by Parsell Minni-Die to develop 5,280psi (360bar) from a normal shop air line of 80psi (5,6bar). The unit operates in two seconds plus loading time of the operator.
