Hot Rolled Window Section Punching set Up - Steel  Window Frames for Prisons & Schools.

This is a custom built press brake tooling set up to punch squares and round holes in metal window components for W7 and F7 window frame structures - used in high security areas such as prisons and other industrial buildings. The punch head is based on our standard ‘M10’ series punches which are mounted in custom bodies incorporating plate dies. These dies act as both guides and substantial supports for the material during the heavy duty punching cycle. The units slide in a tee slot bed with tenons in the bases of the units. The tools are measured between tools or located to the bed by stab pins through the front toe location holes for components that are regularly produced in batches. Plastic covers are fitted over the disc springs on all of our popular model punch heads to keep them free from dust and dirt - and also for safety reasons.
